How to get there

The closest airport is Salzburg Airport (5km from the city).
Ryanair, British Ariways, ThomsonFly and Aer Lingus all fly into Salzburg Airport.

A taxi to the city costs approx 13 Euro. The number 2 bus also goes from the airport to the city centre.

It is also possible to fly to Munich Airport and take a train directly to Salzburg Hbf (approx one and a half hours). If flying into Munich Airport it is possible to purchase a "Bayern Ticket", which allows 5 peolpe to travel for the price of approximately €25,- and is valid for travel to Salzburg on regional trains. The number 5 bus goes directly from Salzburg Hbf to Rudolfsplatz/Landesgericht, which is in a minutes walking distance to the venue.

By car: Exit Salzburg Sud in direction Anif/Salzburg and follow the dual carriageway (Alpenstrasse, Hellbrunnerstrasse) to itīs end. There at the Rudolfsplatz roundabout go left into Nonntaler Hauptstrasse. The next turn to the left is Josef Preis Allee. There is limited parking available at the venue. In the surrounding area display the time of your arrival (beginning of parking) or park at the public parking garages you will see on the map displayed in the syllabus, which are charged at an hourly rate.
